Musical Theatre is the marriage of three distinct performance skills into one powerful theatre moment. In this class, students will develop and combine those skill sets through music, movement and a strong connection to their character. Through appropriate selections from the Broadway repertoire, students will focus on developing expressive communication while building performance skills through voice and choreography. A class showcase will be presented the final class of each session. Should class have to be rescheduled, a makeup session will be held on Tuesday, November 19th from 3:30pm - 5:00pm. The final performance will be held during the last class at 4pm.
Class Requirements: a 3 ring binder, a water bottle, jazz shoes, and appropriate clothing for movement
