This fun and interactive class is designed for older adults looking to explore the joy of improvisation in a welcoming, no-pressure environment. Come get creative while learning how to perform improvisational comedy. You’ll learn the comedic improvisational acting techniques and skills used by professionals by doing fun exercises and playing improv games that will keep everyone laughing! Research has shown that Improv is a great way to keep cognitive skills sharp, expand creativity, boost confidence and increase social interaction!

Through engaging games and playful exercises, you’ll sharpen your mind, enhance communication skills while building connections with fellow participants—oh…and it’s also really fun!
